Larry Newman (2006) stated that, a business proposal is a written offer from a seller to a prospective customer. Business proposals are a key step in the complex sales process, i.e. whenever a buyer considers more than price in a purchase. It is an offer letter which can be categorized as “Persuasive document”. A proposal includes a company’s profile as well as its products and services offered.

 

The aim of this offer letter is to:

  1. Persuade the client to purchase the product or service or accept an offer made by the company and you can earn revenue out of the contract or agreement made.
  2. Convince a prospective client about the benefits of the company’s product and services for a client.
  3. To demonstrate the creditability and authenticity of a company and its products and services to win a client’s confidence.
